The Ceramic Fiber Cement is comprised of two high purity adhesives designed to be used to adhere fiber materials to themselves, to other refractory or insulating materials, and to some metals. The Cements have the consistency of thick cream and can be applied by brushing or trowelling. They also can be thinned with water and can then be used to coat a wide range of refractory materials. On drying they form a hard but flexible abrasion resistat skin.

Ceramic Moldable & Pumpable
Ceramic moldable is used to prevent heat loss caused by the deterioration of the existing lining and can be installed using a trowel, a caulking gun or a pump. Moldable is multipurpose form of ceramic fiber dispersed in a sticky, cohesive binder system that adheres to most ceramic and metallic surfaces.

Ceramic Seal Coat
This high temperature product is made from ceramic fiber mixed with proprietary binders and additives to form a puttylike consistency. Can be applied with pneumatic pump or through hand trowelling. Seal Coat 2600 may be applied into refractory joints and cracks to seal against thermal loss, infiltration particulates and hot spot repair coating over hard refractory or ceramic surfaces to improve thermal efficiency and lining resistance to hot gas erosion. In addition may be applied to a steel shell in place of insulating board, prior to the installation of the refractory working lining.
