Ceramic fiber modules KERABLOK

Ceramic fiber modules KERABLOK are produced from ceramic fiber blankets FIBRATEC. Density of modules up to 240 кg/m3. We are able to produce different sizes on request of customer. We are able to produce modules with anchor or without it.

We are able to produce 3 type of modules (I,U,Z)

Types of anchors

1.Integral anchor standard SM-1

 Very succesfull system. Anchor made form steel AISI 304 (for modules KERABLOK HPS, SUPERMAG), and also from steel AISI 309, 310, 330 (for modules KERABLOK HP, HTZ).

Special modules KERABLOK COMBI

Combi module can be used at the temperature up to 1600оС. We are producing combi-modules from materials HTL 1600 and HTZ 1425, it makes it cheaper, than to do whole block from HTL 1600.
